MISSION
All’ Articolo 2. l’U.N.I., si propone di: – promuovere lo sviluppo di una cultura dell’intelligence e della sicurezza nella sua più ampia accezione – promuovere progetti e programmi; – favorire l’educazione ad una cultura dell’intelligence attraverso iniziative didattiche e sociali per la sensibilizzazione dei giovani alla tutela della sicurezza ed ad una cultura della stessa; – creare un Centro Studi sull’Intelligence, Scienze Strategiche e della Sicurezza – promuovere attività di ricerca, di comunicazione e di sensibilizzazione sulle tematiche dell’intelligence e sulle azioni per l’attuazione delle stesse; attività editoriale: pubblicazione di bollettini, pubblicazione di atti di convegni, di seminari, di studi e delle ricerche compiute e quant’altro, anche tramite internet- promuovere le azioni sociali di tutela dei diritti della collettività e di salvaguardia della sicurezza, compatibilmente con la normativa vigente.
Article 2. U.N.I. is aimed at promoting the development of a culture of intelligence and security in its broadest sense – promoting projects and programs – promoting the education of an intelligence culture through educational initiatives and social awareness of young people – establishing a Research Center on Intelligence, Strategic Sciences and Security – promoting research, communication and awareness on issues of intelligence and actions for their implementation; publishing newsletters, conferences proceedings, seminars, studies and research -promoting actions for the protection of security, in line with the current legislation.
Objectives are:
a) To carry out research in the fields of Intelligence, Counterintelligence and Homeland Security Studies and provide expertise in intelligence related issues through organizing academic workshops, seminars and conferences.
b) Aims at implementing advanced training specialist courses (master’s and seminars, etc.) in collaboration with political, administrative, economic, cultural institutions and universities, in the issues of security and defense.
c) Agreements with ministries, government agencies and partners to promote knowledge and analysis of the public policy in the field of security and defense, through the organization of events and conferences at national and international level.
d) Provide an original contribution in terms of analysis, studies, reports, aiming at representing a cultural reference for political and administrative institutions (central and local, national and international), parliamentary committees and government research.
